G40 series intelligent liner developed by our company-wire rope tension difference monitoring system;

We add high-precision micro sensors in the gasket manufacturing process. When the steel wire rope contacts the gasket with sensors, signals will be sent out. Each hoist is equipped with a corresponding number of gasket sensor modules according to the number of steel wires. The sensors collect data at a speed of 6000 points per second. Each group of data is analyzed and compared through the processing system. If the monitoring value exceeds the preset range, an alarm will be given immediately to achieve the monitoring purpose of dynamic tension difference of steel wire rope.

The system is equipped with remote communication functions: remote download and debugging, remote monitoring of configuration software, remote monitoring of mobile phone APP web page, and SMS alarm function, which realizes the intelligent mine management requirements.
