NYROSTEN N113 FS post corrosion inhibiting compound/lubricating oil
Scope of application:A heavily tensioned wire rope. Such as: transport rope, pendant rope, assembly rope, crane rope, cable, sling rope, digging rope, drilling rope, shipping rope, lock rope.
The friction coefficient of the hoist is formed by the dual friction pair of the wire rope and the liner in the condition of the grease as the medium, so the friction coefficient of the hoist is determined by the joint action of the liner, the wire rope and the grease. In Europe, the German BECORIT company's K25 liner, WDI company's wire rope and NYROSTEN company's N113 grease these three products long-term use, can ensure that the wire rope and friction liner friction coefficient of more than 0.25, so as to better ensure the safe operation of the hoist and the stability of the overall performance. Therefore, the use of special anti-corrosion grease for wire rope is very important for the comprehensive performance of wire rope and friction liner.

(1) High performance

Shaft wire rope manufacturers in the world, such as BRIDON in the UK and DRAKO in Germany, use NYROSTEN N113 grease when producing wire ropes. (2) Easy operation
The form of N113 FS is liquid, and the wire rope can be sprayed at room temperature without heating. Place the steel wire rope at the center of the oil injection ring so that the plane of the oil ring is perpendicular to the steel wire rope. The wire rope runs at a speed of 4 to 6 m/s. Spraying is required to be carried out in sections, and 2 wire ropes can be sprayed at a time. For a 1000-meter-deep mine, it only takes about 4 to 5 minutes to break the spraying time of 2 wire ropes. After about 2 to 3 hours after the N113 FS grease solvent volatilizes, the grease forms a layer of uniform oil film on the surface of the wire rope to achieve the purpose of protecting the wire rope.
(3) Use effect
In 2006, we carried out a spraying test on the steel wire rope in the North District of Zhangji Coal Mine of Huainan Mining Group. Due to the high friction coefficient, good adhesion and permeability of N113 FS grease, it not only protects the steel wire rope but also ensures the safe operation of the hoist. The fuel injection operation is simple, the production time is short, by the use of units welcome. So that the national "coal safety regulations" on the wire rope monthly oiling can be implemented.
Why should the steel wire rope be anticorrosive in the later period?
According to the provisions of Article 411 of the National Coal Safety Regulations: "The wire rope in use shall be oiled at least once a month according to the conditions of the shaft and the corrosion".

4. The later anti-corrosion of the steel wire rope plays a role in maintaining the stability of the friction coefficient, which provides a strong guarantee for the stability of the comprehensive performance of the steel wire rope and the friction liner.
5. Good anti-corrosion grease in the later period can effectively prevent the fling of hemp core grease.
